have you tried puppet3d or Umotion? allows you to animate in Unity from scratch or modify existing animation.

Yes it's in UFE but networking is a separate asset that you have to buy separate.
Or you can buy the ufe bundle
So you get source ufe, Fuzzy ai and P2P networking

Im building my own engine right now, and I was wondering if I buy the 65 $ version of your UFI can I just use the animations for my Fighting Game ? And May I ask does it come with the animations seen in this video ?

Are you allowed to make your game cost money, plus make DLC in the game cost money? Because I saw that there was this UFE game called "pixel fighters 3d" and for some reason, was removed off of the Google play store.

Yes. In your character file there is a button to add a new prefab. First your model should be already set with hitboxes and made sure to use the same avatar as the primary costume if you're using Mecanim Humanoid
Is there also a way to make an alternate entrance to a match with a costume?

Yup. Look for Cinematic Intro: www.ufe3d.com/doku.php/character:movesets?
You would need to create a move with a cinematic option and place it on your character file.
Check Legacy Mike's moves.

As UFE is until now you can't. Unless you have the source or bundle version.
If you do have, it would be necessary to change the gravity and ground friction to be per stage instead of global.
