Any news on Version 1.6 release date? i really need to get my hands on it...
any news on the release of v 1.6?
Currently working on a UFE game, and ive become aware of the marvel game CONTEST OF CHAMPIONS,
Is there a way of using custom gestures like the ones seen here: http://fingergestures.fatalfrog.com/fea … nline-demo to trigger moves.
This would make it much more tablet friendly and akin to Marvels fighter.
Any ideas people?

ill record a video later today, characters wont load, the ones that do its like the timings of the moves are all off.
Since upgrading all my characters movements are off, and some dont work at all... i clicked the upgrade thing that pops up, no help at all.... grrrr...
i now have the unenviable task of recreating them in version 1.5..... but im worried that with the impending launch of 1.6 this will happen again... any ideas ?

the start button wasn't in the list so i had to create my own, choose my own name and yeah paste it into the CF prefab. works a treat!

The Pause button doesnt work... when I add CF-UFE-4Buttons prefab as input device in UFE 1.5 Pro.
i wanna hide the little Esc element from gui and get the pause to take over and pause the game...
Also The Control freaks GUI is behind the power bar so the 'A' button is under the bar at the bottom of the screen.
i tried to use CF-UFE prefab but it triggers nothing.
sorry to be a pain, any updates on 1.6 release and the features that will defo be in it?
really looking forward to story mode and vs mode (over wifi at least)... will these be in this release?

when the game has begun, click pause and go to the scene view and have a quick look around, sometimes if the charaters are not in the center, the will be offset behind the wall.
make sure when you setup a level, your ground is at 0,0,0 before creating a prefab.
If the ground isnt at zero your characters will jump / fall.
When I check apply root motion, the character jumps back along the z axis at the end of the move, back to where he started....
is there something I need to setup in the rig / character setup?

Hi Guys
I got a super jump move and when he is mid air i want to cancel this move and trigger my stomp move so he slams straight down...
cant get them linked....grrr
these are my settings, although ive pretty much tried most settings / combinations....

Im trying to layer quality into the characters ive made for the game.,...
I started by adding the basics to match the 'Mike' example, no i wanna add in the following:
Fall straight
JumpForward
Fall Back
Fall Forward
Blocking Air
Blocking high
Parry Air / Crouch / High
Fall down from air
Bounce
Fall from bounce
Stand Up
I have no reference for these moves, what pose they need to blend into and out of....what5 they should look like....
There are no examples provided so my game is looking pretty bad and the moves i try to make, are not fitting...
Video reference or mocap data examples would be a help... or just one fully fleshed out legacy character.
Any ideas guys?

Just created a really nicely lit level and baked all the lightmaps.....
when I create a prefab for inclusion as a stage the light maps are not there...
Is there an easy way to use a scene file instead of a prefab as the stage?
My scene uses lots of reflections and rebuilding everything using legacy shaders then loading the lightmaps in is not an option...

I just bought some nice scene elements from the asset store, the scene looks fab!
I had to attach several scripts to the main camera in the training room level and hey presto it all works!
Sadly, all my levels are different, so whilst it looks fantastic on the chinese gardens level, with the bloom / colour grading and various other post process effects.... when i load up my downtown level, it has applied the same effects.....
Basically inside the training room id like to have multiple cameras set up, and depending on which level is loaded that camera is activated....

Im happy to upgrade U.F.E tot he source code version, (as the code is complied and cannot be editted)
but i need advice on how to implement these moves...
From what i can tell they have prefabs, but i need to pass the location of the oponent back to the script on these prefabs....
any ideas?
