Topic: Control Freak 2 Controls does not show up on Android Build

Hi Everyone, could you help me with this issue?

Problem

Control Freak 2 controls do not show up on my android.
- Screenshot (Android)

- Android Spec
Motorola MotoG6, Android 9

Goal

Use Control Freak 2 controls on Android.

How to Reproduce

1) install UFE
2) install Control Freak 2 using official instruction

1. Import Control Freak 2 to your project.
2. A pop-up will ask you to update the Input Manager. Proceed with the installation.
3. Under Plugins\Control-Freak-2\Add-Ons\ click on CF2-UFE.unitypackage and import it to your project.
4. Switch the input manager on Input Options to Control Freak. You will see a new option: Control Freak Preferences. Unfold it.
5. Drag one of the presets from UFE\ThirdPartyAssets\Control-Freak-2\Prefabs\ to the Prefab option. Use the Inspector to adjust these files to your liking.

Maybe double check in the control freak menu that mobile mode is set to on or automatic. Is it showing up when you run it in the editor?

Yes, Control Freak shows that Mobile Mode is on "Automatic" setting (screenshot below).  And CF2 controllers do show up when I play game on the editor.

I've checked settings on "Control Freak Installer" too.  Hmm...

Re: Control Freak 2 Controls does not show up on Android Build

Hi, I got it to work after installing CF2-UFE-Hack package (Assets>Plugins>Control-Freak-2>Add-Ons), and setting up Input Options with CF2-UFE-HACK buttons rigs (screenshot below).

I got the idea from watching Control Freak 2 - UFE tutorial.

Cheers!

Hey there, I am having the same issue but your fix did not solve it. Does anyone have any idea what could fix the issue?
All my settings are the same as kebsama's. I'm using the 6 button rigs for both slots (CF2 and CF1)

If the fix on this post does not work for you then just make sure you remove the material from the rig sprites and leave it on 'None'.
