really cool animations, as a comment, i think it would benefit the gameplay to speed them up a little

I love the lighting, effects and models. I specially liked some of the links. It seems like the AI tried to make a very interesting combo at 1:41. I also loved some of those full screen moves that launches the character forward.
It still needs some work though. The characters seems a bit "too light" in the air. You should also change the rotate while jumping option so the character doesn't do an awkward transition in the air. Also like StriderSpinel said, the game needs to be a little faster.
Other then that, this has a lot of potential! We will all definitely keep an eye on this project

I dig it, nice anims. I think the low gravity and slow falling is suiting to the deep space theme. Nice hit effects.

I'm digging this. Amazing graphics, fluid animation... and the lighting is nice. Are you using Realtime GI?

Sources of light, Ambient Source, Reflection Source(Cubemap). Precomputed Realtime GI – OFF.
