Pay someone to build a level for use in UFE

I am new to Unity and decided to purchase the UFE to create my first fighting game. We are working on the first Model now. The next step would be to create our first level. I will pay someone who is familiar with unity to build a level/board for the game. Something similar to Dead Or alive boards where a power move thrust the character into a different area of the board.
