Topic: [Small Tip] Character Balance

If you are playing a fighting game with a friend(s), you really want it to be a fair match no matter what two characters are chosen. Sure some characters may counter others, but there shouldn't be a character that has unrealistic advantages above others (e.g. boss). A good way to make sure that your characters are balanced is to have two friends who enjoy fighting games (or anyone not a part of your development team) test your game out and see how fair the characters are. Some things to look for during testing is

-Is a characters damage output too high for their moves?
-Are infinites a bit too easy to preform?
-Is specific moves non-counterable? (e.g. too fast startup time, unpunishable, spammable, etc.)
