I've seen a few people with similar errors, but we didn't find the trigger yet. Apparently its something related to Unity 5. Here are some topics that have similar errors and a few solutions:

Thanks for the resources Mistermind but this issue is actually in Unity 4.6 as well. Its very odd

Oh yeah, that is actually something else. Due to the changes made on Unity 5, UFE 1.6 unfortunately is not compatible with Unity 4.6.
Some of the code change can still be reversed, but it's no easy task. I recommend migrating to Unity 5 instead.
