I didn't change anything there apart from adding the directions buttons. Everything else is exactly the way I got it from with UFE

Hi,

My problem is a bit weird. When I select 2 players mode Player2 receive input from controller 1 (Buttons only) It still work. Not sure if the problem clear but basically I press X on my player1 controller and both players receive the input from DPad1. Dpad2 does nothing apart from the direction buttons which work fine but none of any other buttons!

Where do I start to debug the problem?

Hi,
I wonder if there's a way to change the texts into images instead? I basically want to use a language that is not supported in Unity so instead of changing the actual text I can instead use png images to display the text. Could you please direct me to the right place where to start?

Yeap, as I was expecting, I screwed the code several times and almost gave up. But now I am back to this topic to try again and see if I can get help to get this to  work. Please reply with a sample code that I can learn from how to add my languages to a the intro screen.

I didn't create a new Global Config I just used the default one. Hope to get it fixed when the hotfix released.

So many users had asked about the unlocking characters features but it seems that UFE team are not interested at the moment on adding this feature so you will need to do coding yourself. Just search the forums and you'll find several topics about the same things. Unfortunately I am not coder myself so I won't be able to help.

This is still a big issue.. how can I change the MovieTexture file format to mp4 instead? Please show me the code where and what to change. I am not a coder so I wont be able to solve it without some coding help.

Nothing strange here.
I add my characters to the list. Uncheck the ones I don't want to include in the story mode. Uncheck same story option.. that when I get the error.
I have source version downloaded from Selfy

Actually it's not that costy if you have a good concept (I didn't say great concept) If you pitch your idea professionally Sony will support your game to get it to a prototype stage even if it was your first game. Registration with Sony is free. Unity, UE4 are free.. so it's really small amounts of money you need to have (UFE start from only 65$ and is great to get your idea in a very good shape). I'd say have your PC, check online presentation/pitching techniques and about 200$ you should be able to get a decent prototype.

Another way is make the Game and offer it to a publisher... a not so Evil publisher i guess

I think it works when I keep Use the same story for all characters tick box checked. It goes crazy when I un-check that option.

Hi,
I start to get this issue every time I deselect characters from the story mode (not selectable) It goes into this in the picture. And it's stuck like that until I close Unity, reopen it and re-import UFE again (I don't overwrite my assets but I have to re-do the whole Global Config again. Any ideas?

Fuzzy AI seems to have issues with UFE 1.6. It gives me this error as soon as I install it!

The video format is clearly not collaborating. The script is for MovieTexture and that's not supported by PS4. Sony provides a plug-in for video but I'm not sure how to embed it in UFE. If it's loads of scripting then I take the easy way out. How can just disable the introVideo and go straight to the main menu?

It does but you have to do some scripting (Which I am stuck with at the moment) especially the MovieTexture thingy. This is really for iPhone not PS4. I am trying to get the video working on PS4 and will update later if there's anything else needed to be done.
