Topic: Counter-Hit effect based on Timing

Right now, the way counter hits work is that you decide what counts as a counter hit (hitting an opponent on start-up frames, active frames, or recovery) and what's the effect of the counter hit (whether and by how much it increases damage/hit stun).

What I want is to be able to set different values for the increase in damage/stun for each timing of the counter hit. Such as having a very low effect when you hit the opponent on recovery frames, but a higher effect when you hit them on start-up.

In addition, it'd also be great to have an option for counter hits to increase gauge in addition to damage or stun.
