Creating a New Mode in UFE

i want to know how to make a new mode similar to story mode but difference in the sense that it will be similar to Towers in mortal kombat x , this is already achievable by selecting "fight random opponents in order" in the story mode but I want the towers mode seperate from the story mode...ideally i thought of duplicating the code for story mode options but since there are also Gui options i need help in how to create a new mode in UFE.
