Topic: Input Axis is not setup

HI Im kind of new to unity and trying to setup my first test match to build from, but I get errors:


ArgumentException: Input Axis is not setup.
To change the input settings use: Edit -> Settings -> Input

Ive unzipped the ProjectSettings file into the Project Folder and After going to the input setting area I notice the change but still get the error.

Any suggestions for a solution?

Do you have any other file or asset in your project that could be attempting to override the input settings? If not, try simply opening the .unitypackage file directly into a new project and let the system automatically update the project settings file.

I dont think there is any conflicting files or assets, I started fresh using the UFE2 engine, but i could be wrong. Nevertheless thanks and I appreciate your responding, I will give this a try.

What input axis is not setup? What error messages are you getting specifically?
