I am looking for a developer who is used to the engine.

I can source the artist required and it will be purely a fan made. Thus it will be a freelance job with fixed pay per deliverable which we can discuss in detail.

I need someone who has experience enough to tell me the exact art component needed thus I can get my artists to create the required art and developer to implement.
