Topic: New 3D model floating in the air or below the plane

Hey there, I tried searching for this but couldn't find anyone else having this issue.

For some reason, when I create a new 3D character, the model is floating above the plane even though the scene view shows the hitboxes on the plane and moving in the correct location.

The model animates correctly, just too high. This happened with one that was way below the plane one time too but I can't remember what fixed it.

hello again, still struggling with this. does anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix the models not standing on the floor?

when I replace robot kyle with my own model and set up the hitboxes everything works but the characters hips are what is aligned with the ground instead of their feet.

Happens every time and can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

You could try adding a y offset to the animation
