I have the same problem when I try to create a new override move. The move-window freezes and I have to close it with Alt+F4.
My workaround is to duplicate and rename a move which already includes an override-definition (sample-throws).

Sorry about that. I found that bug minutes after I uploaded all the packages to the stores. Because packaging is so time consuming I ended up pushing that fix to version 1.6

For now follow shubi's suggestion of duplicating one of the templates that has an override element and you should be good to go.
