Topic: character issue

has anyone seen an issue with a model like this, the bottom half
of the model is deformed, he floats the floor half way, and when he jumps
this is the actual look

only having this issue with UFE

any insight would help, thanks

I'm assuming you are using humanoid type. Have you checked the avatar settings for errors? In unity's animation preview does everything look okay if you drag that model on the animation window in the inspector?

Make sure the Avatar for the character is configured correctly in the Move Sets section of the Character Editor, and make sure your character is a Humanoid in the settings of the character.

you can check character scale value, it should be positive , check with 1,1,1

I changed the stance, and was able to get him out the floor, and his model, now appears like this
in his tbone formation, but now it doesn't go to character select screen, and this is the screen I get

The bottom left where it says "NullReferenceException", try clicking on that and in the console, see which UFE script it is referencing.

my character now has taken to the idle 2 animation but as soon as I press and attack button
he goes right back into the ground, any ideas?

Have you checked the avatar in move files themselves? If you have a non humanoid (aka Mike) in there it will be all wonky.
