Air Recovery and Tech Hit

Hi, i would like to ask anyone if you guys have an idea on how to implement Tech Hit(safe landing) and/or Air Recovery after pressing a button? I'm not a coder but i dabbled with playmaker in ufe but wasnt able to get the desired effects that i wanted to achieve. Even small tips would be a big help.
